#GIVETHANKS

Well what a week it's been in Largo, Florida!!

ALSO WOW HAPPY THANKSGIVING THIS WEEK!! It was a MIRACLE packed week :) Everyday on my mission helps me realize how involved God is with each individual life of every person!! Well here are a few highlights:)

-MAXIMO AND ROSALIDA came to church and we had the best lesson with them and now Maximo is best friends with one of our SWEETEST members!!

-okay we FINALLY started teaching Mia's dad! He wanted to join one of our lessons and came out and sat down! Hermana Breshears and I sat down and made a little jingle alllll about the Restoration and we taught it to ALLL of Mia's family! We made Magaly and Martin even sing it back to us! We had the best time to say the least haha! The kiddos were singing it the whole rest of the night! And we were prettyyyyy proud of the jingle haha!! A little too proud but..haha -we taught the jingle to the two 8 year old twins we are helping understand baptism and they LOVED IT. The mom is getting back to church as well which is the BEST!!

-ALRIGHTY!! BIG NEWS. We had TWO PEOPLE commit to be baptized this week!!! The first one of our friends is named Marie! You all know her but she wants to get baptized!! She is set for December 15th!! Her birthday is the 14th and she was so excited to be baptized the day after!!! -next baptismal miracle!! Okay so our other friend on date is RONAK!! A few months ago we were sooo close to getting Ronak a baptismal date but then he got corona:( BUT we got a text a few days ago saying they want Ronak to get baptized January 2nd!!! We could not be more excited!!!!

-last but not least, how COOL was hearing President Nelson pray?! I have never heard a prophet pray and that was the sweetest thing ever! I am SO grateful for a living prophet! I have absolutely loved seeing everyone's #givethanks posts!! Talk about of FLOOD OF GOODNESS.

As for the spiritual thought I wanted to share with you all is from an Elder Uchtdorf talk called "Believe, Love, Do" and it says: "The good news is, there is hope. There is a solution to the emptiness, vanity, and Weltschmerz of life. There is a solution to even the deepest hopelessness and discouragement you might feel."

I love this SO MUCH. I love telling new people we teach about the HOPE that our message brings. There is also good news, we always have hope and we will always have Christ. There is a SOLUTION and as members of the church, we have the solution:)

I just want to tell each of you how GRATEFUL I am for you. Thank you for your support, thank you for your love and THANK YOU for your example:) I SURE LOVE YOU ALL.

Love, (you so much) Hermana King :))
