BEST TWO MONTHS!!

I hit two months yesterday and it still doesn't feel like its real!!

FELIZ ANO NUEVO EVERYONE!! Wow happy new year! 2020 is here!!

Heres a breakdown of the week! 

31-Tuesday

We had the funnest contacting activity where we all picked our spirit animal and whenever your comp would make the noise of your animal you had to contact the person closest to you! Ha! It was so fun!! We started with one dinner with a sweet Hermana named Norma, then we went straight to our second dinner with a sweet Hermana named Luz, THEN we went to our actual dinner with Familia Rivas! Talk about a food coma right? We had a sweet old guy come up to us and he tried speaking english and told us our faces were very nice haha! 

1-Wednesday 

WOOT FELIZ ANO!! The fireworks never stopped..Peru is the definition of a party haha! We went on a hike with our district! It was actually really hard hahaha but really fun!! We read our patriarchal blessings at the top! We got MCDONALD's after haha! It was the best thing ever! We went to Familia Morales's house to facetime our fams and they had everything set up for us with water and brownies!! And some sick glasses for the new year! Best day!!

2-Thursday 

We started Jesus the Christ! It is amazing! I definitely recommend it!! IT IS AWESOME! We had zone meeting today. Today we had some difficult appointments and a lot of disappointments but we still found little miracles to smile about!

3-Friday

We had immigration all morning! YIKES! There was an awesome rapper on one of the buses that rapped about all of us missionaries haha! That was basically everything that happened today AND we set up a new fan!! Guys Christmas came twice because we needed that haha! It is so hot here!! I got some food poisoning at night so that wasn't fun!

4-Saturday

We went to the offices for an appointment for Hermana Luke! We got home and ordered pizza because our lunch gave us money instead of feeding us hahah! We started our fast! We met with 2 ladies named Esmeralda and Esther and we are now teaching them!! They are golden!! We are so lucky to of found them!! We got in our matching pjs tonight because we had reason to celebrate!! 

5-Sunday

I forgot my plaque (nametag) and so many people noticed!! Literally I didn't know who I was without my plaque haha it's my identity right there! We made a new mission plan with the ward council and so we are implementing it! Which means all of the missionaries after us are doing the plan we came up with!! Today we were served a lot of Inca Cola which we were not complaining about haha! 

Spiritual thought-

Isn't that so true? When we say we have faith we are saying we trust God and His timing! 

My challenge for you all is to read your patriarchal blessing and pick one promise or blessing that has been fulfilled this past year. Then pick a promise or blessing that you want to be fulfilled this year!! What are you going to do to accomplish it?
